Parks & Recreation Board

The Park Board is responsible for:

• General supervision and rulemaking for the LaGrange County Parks Department. 
• Governing the use of all County Park Department facilities and rental rates by the public. 
• Appointing administrative officers and fixing their duties.
• Establishing standards and qualifications for County Park Department personnel.
• Preparing an annual budget for the department and reporting its recommendations to County Commissioners.

Meeting Schedule:

• Monthly on the third Thursday at 7 pm at Maple Wood Nature Center. 
• The schedule and location are subject to change. You may call or email the park office to confirm.
